1970 Plymouth 440+6 4spd Cuda
Check this one out. Just in from Western Canada, an original V code 440 Six Pack 4spd car. This one left the factory B5 blue with B5 blue interior and the rare SHAKER hood option.

The car will be under going a complete ground up restoration starting now !
STEP ONE: Complete. The car has been stripped to a bare shell and placed on a cart. With all the 45 year old seam sealer and undercoating removed, it's easy to find all the "hidden" rust.

Next it's off to Eramosa Autobody for complete media blasting and epoxy prime. Then we'll see everything !
With the car waiting for media blasting, there's no time like the present to get cracking on the components. Bumper brackets were powder coated By Fireball Coatings in Erin, then I detailed them out with the "Made in Canada" stamp.
Clutch and brake pedals along with the gas pedal now look better then new. You can see how worn out some of the parts were, but I quickly remedied that !

Transmission was fully inspected and resealed and detailed to the max as well !
Moving right along. The complete front suspension and brakes are done and detailed, rear bumper assembly done and I'm going to dig into the steering column and heater box.

Meanwhile the shell has arrived back from the folks at Eramosa Autobody....Another great job !

No major rust, but a lot of hidden patches throughout the body.
Seats are recovered, look great thanks to SCOTT DAVIS, love the blue colour !
Beautiful restoration work on the wiper motor, blower motor and all the latches preformed by Stephan Fournier !
More components being finished. Nothing like being prepared.
The guys at Head & Block Specialty in Stoney Creek supplied the fresh 440+6 Motor.
Dana 60 up next
While I work on the components, Keith is busy making is metal magic ! Here are some hand fabricated firewall patches and the new AMD apron.
STEP THREE is all done. Keith has expertly repaired all the rust and patch issues, body has been seam sealed and assembled. Now it's off to Waterdown Collision for final body work and paint. Can't wait to see that fresh B5 blue paint !
Waterdown Collision has all the body work done, just needs a final blocking and it will be ready for paint !
I better get cracking on the components....
First coats of colour are now going on. Waterdown Collision has done a wonderful job of matching the original 1970 EB5 Blue Fire Metallic paint !
Nice fully rebuilt 3:54 Dana 60 bringing up the rear.

A touch of "Day Two" with the added aftermarket gauge cluster...Tach to follow !
With the car back at my shop it's time to start reassembly !

I like to start with both sides of the firewall then move on to the underside.

Check out the "Day Two" mag wheels....these are just mounted temporary to see what they would look like. I hope the owner decides to go for it...I think it looks awesome !
Moving right along. Headliner, front and back glass installed by Scott Davis.....another awesome job...
Some more "Day Two" touches in the interior with some vintage aftermarket gauges and of course a Sun Super Tach II.....a real must have !
FOR SALE....
Nice argent SHAKER in place to scare the competition !
A throaty 2.5" TTI exhaust system finishes off the underside.

Original wood wheel, restored by Ken Peters looks awesome against that new eye popping blue interior!
FOR SALE....
